I'm Cristina and I'm moving, so I'm looking for someone to replace me.
My room is available for short term let up until the 15th of August. After that a full year tenancy can be signed with the landlord.
The flat is shared with 1 female flatmate, and has a shared, fully furnished kitchen with washing machine and a homely and spacious living room.
The bedroom comes fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and drawer. You would have access to your own big private bathroom (opposite of the bedroom).
The house is super clean, and being in London, that's not such a small thing!! :)
There is also a free private parking.
The flat is in a great location!
- 2 mins walk to bus 207, 407, 607, N207 (night stops in Oxford street, Hammersmith, Shepherd's Bush).
- 5-10 mins walk to Acton Town (Piccadilly line and District line).
- 5-10 mins walk to Acton Central (Overground).
- 8 mins by bus to Ealing Broadway station (Central & District lines as well as rail), Ealing Broadway shopping centre and restaurants.
- 15 mins by bus to Westfield Shopping Centre and restaurants.
- 20 mins by tube to central London.
There's a huge supermarket (Morrisons) on the other side of the street open till 11 pm everyday. Plus, other small supermarkets in walking distance.
Barclays and HSBC branches are just around the corner.
Internet is included.
The council tax is about £67 pm.
Electricity bill (estimated) is approx. £25 pm.
Water (billed twice a year) approx. £50 every 6 months.
