3 Bed house wanted urgently

Hi I am seeking a three bed Family home. I am currently working but am in receipt of Housing benefit. I have my deposit/rent at hand so can finalize paperwork quickly. Ideally I am looking for a long let as it is stressful moving and I have two children who need somewhere they can be settled. I am not too bothered about location as long as property is clean. However I need to stay within London/Sutton/Surrey/Kent/Essex type areas so I can still travel to work and the children can still get transport to get to there school. A12/A13.A11/A2/A4/M11/M25 type areas. I can pay upto 1900 max per month as I said the majority of it will be paid by Housing benefit and I will contribute around 500-600 per month
