The caravan is in excellent condition and has a very large decking around the side and to the front.
The double bedroom has a double wardrobe & a heater that is perfect for the colder mornings
Both twins have a single wardrobe and heaters.
There is a generous bathroom with heater, hand basin, toilet and shower along with some storage space. There is also a seperate wc with hand basin.
Fully equipped kitchen with fridge (small box freezer inside) gas cooker, microwave, kettle, toaster, pots and pans, plates, bowls, mugs, glasses and cutlery for 8 people.
The living area is very spacious with seating, a gas fire that heats the full room and kitchen (even though the kitchen area has its own heating) a dining area that seats 8, plenty of storage space and a pull out double sofa bed.
What really sells this van is the decking area that looks out over the beautiful sea, perfect for children to play safely or for relaxing with a BBQ cooking.
The park has fantastic facilities with a spar shop, papa johns takeaway, arcade, mash & barrel restaurant which over looks the indoor pool or the outdoor seating area over looks the splash park and outdoor pool with views of the sea. There is also a park, mini golf, trampoline area and a outdoor rope assault course.
This is without all the activities that are provided for children the fun stars team have activities running most days and entertainment shows nightly. There is also a outdoor ranger that provides outdoor activities throughout the day.
