We are a family run Italian restaurant on lothian road traditional catering in Neapolitan and Italian cuisine.
We looking for a chef with creative ideas and someone to join our kitchen team.
We will be closing and refurbishing the premise come early January to compete with the changing face of lothian road and want to produce a new and exciting experience as well as keeping the touch of individuality of the family business.
The premises will turn in to a Scottish Italian establishment with main focus on selling Prosecco.
Would be able to work flexible hours including bank holidays and weekends. 48 hours +. Have experience of all aspects of the kitchen as well as to be able to work with management and suppliers on constructing menus as well as monthly specials.
