The rent includes high speed internet, Sky TV in living room and all bills.
The house is 12 min walk from Streatham Common station, zone 3, 18 min to Victoria or 22 min to London Bridge, good bus connections, shops, Streatham Common and high street close by. Car parking is off road and available free if necessary.
One other person in the house ( the lady owner) plus a gorgeous little friendly french bulldog, who doesn't bark or bite, is clean and quiet :). So it is important the person doesn't mind a bit of doggy wagging tail !A dog lover would be ideal.
I am looking for a like minded person who is a professional, either female or gay guy would be ideal. I work long hours and sometimes travel for work, enjoy music, good wine, and good TV and socialising with friends.
The person needs to be clean and tidy, responsible, friendly and treat the house as her/his own.
