Description
Fluval Roma 240 litre aquarium with Black Matt cabinet 2 door. Aquarium is just over 18 months old, newest design Fluval offer and in great condition. Recently upgraded to a 950 litre aquarium with sump so I am selling 2 x Fluval 240l aquariums. The listing is for one aquarium. It has a fully working light, black gravel with blue and white speckles which is really nice. I have included 6 pieces of chunky slate which is totally inert, this means it will not affect water parameters. The aquarium has a background which can be reversed (ocean) and comes with a fully cycled Fluval 306 filter. The filter which is pictured is currently running on my new tank. A cycled filter will allow you to add fish instantly (subject to water testing) rather than having to cycle your aquarium which can take up to 8 weeks. What you won't see in the photos is the filter in/out pipes which are positioned on the far right/back of the tank. They are also in use, attached to the filter. They are easily fitted and the tank is pre-drilled in the bottom of the tank so that you don't have any unsightly pipes coming over the back of the aquarium (great benefit). This is a lovely aquarium and I believe it is the cheapest on eBay/GT at present with what is offered. The tank was initially drained but in order to display the tank I have filled with water and added gravel/slate. Water still a little cloudy but f it clears up without a filter running I'll add another pic. The cycled filter is a rarity. The only items I am unable to offer is a heater both of which have been transferred to my new aquarium (one from each tank - sorry!) You can pick up a cheap heater for less than £20 but a Fluval heater will set you back £25-30. If you are interested in starting a cichlid tank let me know as I have a 6x2x2 aquarium with cichlid fry/juveniles and sub-adults. Not a full time breeder just a fish fanatic. Viewing welcome but won't reduce. Going to give it at least 2 weeks on GT before I consider a reduction but confident it will sell within that time. Many thanks Mike.
