My current flat mate is moving home at the end of the month so needing to find a new flatmate from July 1st. I am a 20 year old photographer from Scotland. Just looking for someone sociable and friendly to live with.
The flat is location in Cessnock, 2 minutes from the subway station and bus route that gets you anywhere you need to go. You can also walk into town in about 20-30 minutes. There is pretty much everything you need right at your door step, A co-op across the road and Govan ASDA is about a 5 min drive away. Free parking outside and around flat.
I rent the flat from an estate agent who's office is 2 minutes away from the flat. He is the most helpful and easy going estate agent I've ever had and he is such a delight to deal with.
The rent on the flat is £250 a month not including bills. Council tax is band B.
