Meditate - Loosening the grip of Stress and Anxiety - A 4 Week Course
In this course we will take one simple meditation practice and through that explore in detail how to meditate. Instead of teaching multiple techniques, in this course we want to give more space over to teaching how to engage with the process of meditation. There will be some specific teaching content on attitude, posture, balanced effort, distractions and working with emotions. However, we want this course to be about you and helping address your particular questions, difficulties and uncertainties.
