Professional couple looking for Edinburgh/ Fife place to rent with small well behaved westie dog

My boyfriend and I our looking for a house/ flat to rent with our 2 and a half year old west highland terrier. We need somewhere which will start around the end of July/ beginning of August. We are looking for a pet friendly place with a minimum of 2 bedrooms, a 6 month rental period, and preferably with a garden. It must be commutable between Edinburgh and Kirkcaldy. We are both professional people with good jobs and a steady income relocating to Scotland for work and our happy to pay an extra deposit for the dog. Our dog is a well behaved, quiet West highland terrier, who is clean and does not moult. References can be provided for the dog at request.
