The Ubiquitous Chip are recruiting for an experienced reservations co-ordinator to join our team.
Successful applicants will be provided with knowledge, training and development through the company. The ideal candidate is someone who has a genuine passion for hospitality and provides the highest standards of service quality. This role is full time shift work, approximately 38/40 hours, per week including evenings and weekends. This starting starting salary for this position is at the national minimum wage, 7.20 per hour.
Key attributes
1-2 years previous hospitality experience
Possess excellent customer skills with a can do attitude
Have a passion for food and drink and a real dedication to constantly deliver excellent customer service
Provide first class service to guests and ensure that company standards are adhered to
Anticipate customer needs where possible, and to react to these to enhance customer satisfaction
Be punctual, smart, correctly uniformed, polite, courteous and helpful at all times
