I've been living in Splott for more than 3 years privately renting, but would like to move to another area in Cardiff. I'm looking for a 2 bedroom house with a garden. I don't smoke, am reliable and very clean and tidy. At the moment I'm not working because of the age of my child and so would be using benefit to pay for rent. At the moment I pay this to the owner.
