Swap Wanted FROM London TO Epping/North Weald/Loughton/Buckhurst Hill & Beckenham.
I have a 3 bedroom end of terrace house decorated to a high standard. Recently Installed Double Glazing. Close to shopping centre, Dr's, Dentist, Cinema, restaurants, Bingo Hall, & Primary School.
I am close to an underground station which serves the Jubilee line and also close to the overground station. A short 2 min walk will take you onto the Thames where you can also pick up the Clipper boat service which runs to the O2 Arena and the City.
I am Looking for a 2 bedroom house with a drive and a kitchen diner. Near to a tube station and good Primary school, Own Drive would be a Bonus.
I am NOT Interested in flats, maisonettes or Estates.
I will NOT consider any other areas than the ones specified.
I WOULD consider a multi swap.
