A massive shed-workshop less then a year old
It was my workshop, atelier for my furniture projects, unfortunately I need to sell it and put a smaller one.
It has been fully insoleted inside with a loft insulation, then a double bobbles folio and a OSB sheets as a wall finish.The insolation is included on price.
It's almost 12m2 working space inside.
And outside dimensions : 16ft x 8ft
Four Windows made to order which could be opened for ventilation.
Free dismantling and delivery in Glasgow area.
The price with all improvements I have done is around £3000
I keep the receipt as well
The dismantling and delivery can't happen until mid September.
