My lovely spacious and bright double bedroom is available for 3 weeks from 14 August until 1 September. It is in a quiet part of Edinburgh, near Cameron Toll shopping centre (with big Sainsbury's), the Commonwealth Pool, and lots of local restaurants and pubs in the Newington area. It's a 20 minute walk to The Meadows and the University of Edinburgh George Square (with lots of festival events) and Holyrood Park (for the impressive Arthur's Seat), and a 30 minute walk to the city centre. If you're not a walker, there are lots of buses, so it's easy to get to town. It's an ideal self-catering option for the festivals.
You will be sharing with my best friend and flatmate, so ideally, I am looking for someone for the entire 3 weeks, and for someone who is respectful considerate. My flatmate works in a cafe, and is a very quiet, and caring person. She'll look after you where she can, if you are kind and considerate. So, no pets or wild parties!
The bedrooms has a desk. The kitchen has all the modern cons, and the bathroom has a bath and shower. The living room is spacious, bright, and, in our view, homely! We have WiFi, but no television. The views are of the neighbourhood - very pleasant - and you can see the Pentland Hills.
450 for the whole period, all bills included.
