The house is a part of residence with own safety gate. The bathroom is after reconstruction with the bath, kitchen is nice and clean after painting (small table, fridge, washing machine, freezer, microwave and other kitchen equipment), toilet separately. You will share the house with just 5 full time workers. The atmosphere is very calm and cozy so we are looking for someone calm, clean and respectful.

The whole house is connected with Fibre Internet WIFI. Central heating fully worked.- the house is situated 2mins by walk from Seven sister Station.(Victoria line and London overground).

The single room has double bed, wardrobes, coffee table.
The rent is 470PCM + 470£ deposit required. The room is available from 14.06.2016.
