Gated/Secured private car parking space, 10-min walk to centre, automatic key fob access, Mo-Fri

Dear all,

I am renting out a gated and secured, allocated car parking space on Hotwell Road, which is one of the main traffic arteries into Bristol, and yet the space is only a 10-minute walk away from the centre / Park Street/ the Triangle.

The space will be available between Monday-Friday, 8am-6pm, and you will have your own automated key fob for your personal use.

the space is located underneath a private apartment block in which neighbours know each other, making it extra save. Therefore, I will ask you to bring a proof of identity with you for the viewing. I will also need a £70 deposit from you (equivalent to one month's charge) that I will give back to you after a 1 month notice period for both of us.
