Me and my partner Nodene are both 22 and looking for a place. We are both females.
looking for either a double room or a studio/flat for a budget around max £1000. We are students, so looking for somewhere that accepts housing benefit
We can provide great references and very good housemates/ tenants. Always pay the rent on time, clean, mature, friendly and looking for a peaceful place to live. We are very sociable and kind people.
If housing benefit is a issue we can get the money transferred directly to the landlord but I can ensure you we pay the rent on time.
