Warning for these who are also looking for a 2/3 bed house

If you are looking for a 2/3 bed house, please be careful who you are paying a deposit and a rent and before you do that, check some information about a landlord and check if a landlord really owe an offered property. (Good is to check it on Land Registry, you will pay £3, but it is worth of money).
I am advertising on Gumtree and I have been contacted by 2 ladies pretending that they are the owners. They will ask you for your personal details, then they will send you a contract. (Just to make it really truthful). Obviously, they will ask for money before you visit a property and if you won't be sure to send it or not, they will offer their ID and house ownership document, however don't trust these documents, because it is scam.
The ladies are called Julie Taylor and Geraldine Moore, but they can be renamed or it is maybe still one person pretending to be always someone different. They have wasted my time and I am very pissed off, so please do let anyone to steal your money!
