Looking for property to rent in Inverness area.
Description
My husband and I are looking to rent a property in the Inverness area, preferably within walking distance of Culloden/Balloch, ideally for around £600 pcm.
We are both attending the University of the Highlands and Islands. My husband is studying forestry, while I am completing my BA in History. We would be looking for a year long lease with the possibility of renewal at the end of the contract.
We are a quiet, tidy, and friendly couple. References can be provided on request.
We are both non-smokers.
We have three pets, and ideally would be looking to take them with us. However, we realise that for many landlords, this is a non-negotiable point, and so we're looking into alternative accommodation arrangements for them in case taking them with us is not an option.
