Master bedroom for rent in spacious and bright meadowbank flat!

Hi there,

I am looking to rent the master bedroom in a newly refurbished flat in Meadowbank within spitting distance of Meadowbank retail park and about 30 mins walk from town or 20 mins on the bus. I am looking to rent the room from the beginning of July.

The room has a double bed, with a new mattress, lots and lots of storage including a walk in wardrobe, and a lovely view of Arthurs seat.

The flat itself has 2 bedrooms, a well equipped bathroom, large kitchen which has a breakfast bar and overlooks a large lounge. It comes with all the usual white goods. There is also free on street parking.

Council tax is £62.50 each and other bills are around another £30 - 40 each, the energy bills fluctuate depending on usage.

I should probably say a little about myself. My name is Lucas and I am a 24 year old guy. I did law at university and now work in the Scottish Court Service. I'm relaxed and laid back but also quite social and considerate of others. I enjoy keeping up to date with the latest film releases, reading, exploring Edinburgh, playing the odd bit of poker with friends and generally socialising.
