Hi there!
We have a double bedroom to let in our Gibson Street flat, as our flatmate is sadly leaving us! It’s a comfy flat in a great locale. You’ll be sharing with me, an illustrator/civil servant, and Selen, a project lead in the games industry.
(We're readvertising this after a few complications with the move in date - if you've already viewed the flat and you're still keen, just drop me a line :) )
Rent is £300 a month, which INCLUDES council tax, bills, tv licence and broadband. The deposit is £100 (we'd also be looking for £150 rent on moving in, to cover the rest of June).
We're really looking for someone professional, but if you're a student and willing to pay a third of the council tax, we'd consider it!
The flat itself is best described as 'shabby chic' - laid back and cosy, it could do with a bit of a spruce, but that's reflected in the cost, and you can decorate as you like :)
Gibson Street is right beside Kelvingrove Park and The Stand comedy club, and 5 minutes away from Byres Road and the Botanic Gardens. There’s also an Artisan Roast coffee shop and the award-winning bar-restaurant Stravaigin right beside your door!
The room will be available to view from 10am to 8pm on Sunday, and ready to move into as soon as you like!
