The room which has its own shower room/toilet is on the first floor of the house and has a double bed, wardrobes, bedside table and chest of drawers.
All mod cons - washing machine, dryer, wireless broadband and wooden floors. The property is close to two great parks (Dulwich and Brockwell),local library, shops, restaurants and 10 - 12 mins by train to Victoria and London Bridge. There is also a Sunday market in operation in the area.
These nearby parks are fantastic with lots of joggers, a cafe, tennis courts, sculptures, football area, with free exercise equipment dotted around, basketball courts, bmx track, bowling lawn, outdoor lido and gym, several large ponds.
It a friendly houseshare, however we are respectful of each others space and need for privacy. We also share the occasional drinks, outings and meals together. There is also a weekly cleaner. The monthly rent includes bills (Council Tax, Water Rate).
