Hi there,
There’s a room available in our 4-person flat as sadly one of our flatmates has decided to leave university.
The flat is on Forrest Road which is really central for students - we can see bristo square from the living room window! We’re also pretty close to the pleasance, gym and meadows.
Rent is £400 a month plus bills and the lease is September 1st 2016 - May 31st 2017. There is a good sized living room with kitchen attached and one bathroom with shower that has just been done up.
The other three tenants are all boys: a 4th year vet student, 3rd year maths student, and a vet student doing their intercalated year in infectious diseases. We’ll all be quite busy with work this year but we all keep a busy social life too and are involved in uni sports and societies. We’re all tidy flatmates but also very laid back and are looking for someone similar.
