Hi,
We are two female PhD students looking for a flatmate.
Our spacious top floor flat is located in Newington and has three double bedrooms each with a view of Arthur's seat! There is also a small box room, large kitchen/living room and ample storage space.
We live next to the main street (South Clerk Street) in Newington so it's easy to take buses to the hospital or city centre although the flat is just a 10min walk from George Square and 20min walk from King's Buildings. It's also very close to the main supermarkets and nice restaurants and pubs.
We are based at the Roslin Institute for our PhD studies and are in our
3rd and final years. We are looking for a PhD student, someone friendly and sociable who is happy to relax and hang out in our shared living space. With one from England and one from Ireland, the enjoyment of both tea and whiskey is highly desirable in our future flatmate.
The lease would be from the second week in October, 2016. The rent is £350 per month plus bills (around £50-60/month).
