One of our current lovely housemates is sadly leaving us. So we are looking for a new long -term male housemate to let the room in our friendly house share.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, drawers, table etc. 4 bedroom flat spread over 2floors with view to Arthur's Seat. The kitchen ( with gas hob, tumble dryer). Living room are separate from the kitchen and there are 2toilets and 1shower.
We're located 5min. Away from Cowgate, 8min from Royal Mail.
We deal with the landlord directly so no agency fees and sharing the bills makes living costs fairly cheap.
You would be sharing with 3 welcoming and sociable girls.
We are looking for male housemate for this room. Sorry no couples. Similar age (24-32), sociable but independent and tidy and prepared to do their fair share of cleaning.
The room is available from 5th of October 2016. Bills are not included.
