Description
Pattison & Co require a reliable person to work part-time as a viewing agent, to put up ‘for sale’ boards, to help in the office, and to carry out other estate agency related tasks. The job is based at our office on Byres Road, but would involve some travel, as we have houses to sell in the Glasgow area and in Renfrewshire.
The hours are 12 per week, ideally on the following timetable: Wednesday 5pm – 8pm; Thursday 5pm – 8pm; Friday 2pm to 5pm; Saturday 11am – 2pm.
The tasks include: conducting accompanied viewings for properties for sale and to let; putting up ‘for sale’ boards, marking them ‘sold’, and taking them down; checking properties that are empty or tenanted; conducting hand-overs for let properties; making deliveries; carrying out practical tasks such as having keys cut and taking meter readings; and assisting with enquiries in the office and general office administration.
A full, clean, UK driving licence is essential. A van will be provided.
We require a person with good customer service skills and of the highest integrity. Salary is based on an hourly rate and would reflect the experience of the successful candidate.
