Crystal Tax is a bespoke tax practice offering amongst other services CIS, PAYE and VAT rebates to self-employed contractors and employees (clients) of on average £3500 per year.
Surprisingly, many self-employed contractors and employees are unaware they are entitled to these rebates, which can also be backdated up to 4 years, leading to initial claims of £10,000.
Accordingly, Crystal Tax now requires a Commercial Executive to help us spread the good news!
After sector training regarding our products and services, the role will involve:
• Account management, liaising with current clients and introducers
• Business development, using the above contacts to generate new business
• Client registrations, guiding new clients through client registration documents
• Contacting companies to introduce the services of Crystal Tax
• Arranging appointments to explain the benefits of Crystal Tax’s services
• Compiling and emailing financial forecasts and other relevant data
• Site visits to discuss with prospective clients the benefits of engaging Crystal Tax
• Working with promotion teams to engage with prospective clients
• Thereafter advising prospective clients of the benefits of engaging Crystal Tax
• Collecting from them contact details to follow up with a phone call and or email
• Setting up clients on company software, company incorporations, VAT applications
An excellent telephone manner is a must, as is excellent written and spoken English; you should be presentable, numerate, organised, and be familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel). Business operations experience (i.e. using database software) would be useful, as would knowledge of the Construction Industry Scheme.
Romanian speakers are welcome to apply, and applicants should be industrious, flexible, ambitious, approachable, dedicated, reliable, punctual, polite and friendly; experience of the umbrella / agency contracting sector would also be distinct advantage.
The job is varied, stimulating, and financially rewarding. In addition to a basic of £18K-£20K dependent upon experience, you will be paid commissions on every successful client registration, being engaged in the whole process to ensure your efforts are being processed and rewarded, and your OTE year one should be £27,500 + but there is no upper limit on your earnings.
