The Mitre saw
The LS1018L mitre saw is a 260mm sliding compound saw with a large cut capacity and laser for precise alignment. Dual rails with linear ball bearings ensure a perfectly smooth cut action for the best results, there is an adjustable stop on the head to set the depth of cut for tenons or housings. The motor is fitted with constant electronics for consistent power. Maximum crosscut at 90° of up to 310mm and at 45° 220mm; maximum depth of cut of 91mm. Mitre range 60°-0- 47°, bevel range 45°-0-45°, positive stops make mitre and repeat setting simple and quick (0, 15, 22.5, 31.6, 45 and 60°). The laser tells you the exact cut line, a sliding fence system is fitted for bevel work. Compact, it is fitted with a transport handle and supplied with TCT blade, dust bag, hold down clamp and left / right sliding work supports.
