We are looking to recruit a full time DUTY MANAGER. This is a full time and permanent position.
THIS IS NOT A SEASONAL POSITION - PERMANENT
Duties primarily include customer facing duties such as serving/assisting customers, taking orders, preparing drinks, running drinks and cash handling.
This role will include key holding duties and you will on assigned duty manager shifts need to make sure the venue is opened, set up, run and closed consistently to high standards.
For this job you will be friendly, hands on, happy to get stuck in and be 100% customer focused.
Unsociable hours are an essential part of this job. We are licensed till 3am so shifts generally end between 1am and 4am.
Experience of working in some kind of entertainment or hospitality venue such as a cinema, bowling alley, casino, hotel or restaurant will be helpful experience for this role.
Experience in a customer facing role is 100% necessary. Experience with drinks service in e.g. bars and nightclubs will be an advantage but is not 100% necessary.

This is a salaried role of between £16-£20k (based on experience) + PERFORMANCE BONUS + holiday entitlement.
