Description
Aims Home Care is currently looking for a caring, responsible, compassionate home care assistant.
We deliver high quality care to vulnerable adults/ elderly service users in their own home.
Duties will include personal care, food preparations, companionship, prompting medication, continence care, light domestic work and other related duties.
What we offer
- Starting rates £7.50ph onwards DOE.
- Work performance supervision after 3 months to measure the performance and hour rate increase if goals have been achieved.
- Company car with no costs involved to be used for work.
- Initial and continuous training.
- 40 hours per week, or more if the staff requires more work.
- 20 days annual leave paid.
- 8 National bank holidays paid.
Candidates requirements
- Driving license
- Over 25 years (due to car insurance coverage)
- Good English skills
- Preferable Female Drivers (due to the majority of our clients are female)
- Team Leader skills
- Ready to learn, improve and maintain good care quality levels
- DBS check in England with the cost of £65 (legal requirement)
- 2 references
- DBS check from the country of origin
- Copies of ID, Driver license, Passport, birth / marriage certificate
