An Atlas Festival Holiday Home Caravan, 2009. 35' x 12'. 6 berth sleeps 8. Single axle. Double glazed throughout. Central heating with radiators in each room served by a bottled-gas fired combi boiler. One double bedroom and two twin bedrooms. Wadrobes in each bedroom. Shower room with w/hand basin and separate w.c. Kitchen is fully fitted with worktops, storage cupboards, gas oven and hob, st/steel sink, fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, full set of cooking utensils. Cutlery, glassware and crockery to serve 10 persons. Hoover and cleaning equipment stored in boiler cupboard.
The lounge area is fitted with benches around which also can be used as storage areas, and one part of the bench unfolds to reveal a two-person bed. The lounge also has a dining table, flat screen TV and DVD player and a gas fire. Net curtains and curtains are also supplied around the caravan, as are mattress covers, duvets and pillows.
The outside of the caravan has a decking area where there is patio funiture to suit 8 persons. There is parking space for one vehicle next to the caravan.
The Holiday Home can be for sole use or it can be sub-hired (through the Park owners) to create an income; but the owner can still dedicate his own time during the season. The caravan is open for public use mid-March to mid-November. The Park is closed mid-November to mid-March for "winterisation" and repairs.
The holiday home is sited at Parkdean St. Minver Holiday Park, St. Minver, nr Wadebridge Cornwall.
The owner also has full use of the Park facilities including the bars, restaurants, entertainment, laundry, indoor swimming pool, grocery store and sales office.
Through the site it is just a short walk to the local village and pub.
Wadebridge, Polzeath, Padstow, the very dog friendly Daymer Bay, Rock and the dramatic North Cornwall coast are all within easy reach by car
