Caravan is in excellent condition inside and out and has been well looked after. Previous owners had the caravan from new until August last year when I bought it. The caravan and gas equipment has been serviced annually. The caravan has been sited all its life and only towed when service was due and when moving pitches.
The caravan comes with many extras including electrical items, gas bottles etc.
Comes with Hobby folder with all user manuals and paperwork.
Selling as I am upgrading to a static caravan.

The Bad bits
One of the rear lights will need replaced if towing (I didnt bother as I never towed it)
Bigger awning was damaged at Easter will need repaired
Toilet Cassette door hinges broken but it still stays and locks into place
Annual service will be due July/August time - I have reflected all of this in the price.

The caravan is very spacious with lots of storage space and can sleep 5 adults comfortably.

The caravan is currently sited near Dalbeattie in Dumfries and Galloway so any viewings would be in the evenings or weekend.
