Meltmongers is a grilled cheese business based in Bruntsfield, Edinburgh seeking an enthusiastic, hard working and responsible part-time duty manager for an immediate start.
We are looking for a highly motivated, organised, punctual and experienced manager to join the team with the capability of taking charge front of house. He or she must be comfortable working alone as well as part of a small team during busier periods. Barista skills are essential.
The right candidate must have first class customer service skills as well as experience in a high pressure, fast paced environment.
This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a new brand that has big aspirations! Fluent English is a must as is being flexible time wise, as the hours will perhaps change as the business progresses. Approximately 20 - 30 hours per week (August/festival hours could be Full-time)
