Bellman Flash Receiver Smoke Alarm System. SS102 Flash Receiver Smoke Alarm System. One of the Bellman Visit Systems. Contains Flash receiver with back up batteries, smoke alarm and Vibrating pad for use under pillow. We got this for my Father who could not hear a traditional smoke alarm. With a combination of the flashing strobe light and the vibrating pad under his pillow there was no way he could not be alerted to a fire. Luckily it never had to be used in earnest but after testing it a few times and he could feel/see it in action. INVALUABLE!
