Motor Vehicle Technician / Mechanic Required
Salary : £18k to £30k p.a.
Garage looking for a dynamic Motor Vehicle Technician / Mechani with current garage or roadside patrol experience
General Duties:-
- Confidence diagnosing and repairing faults on vehicles.
- Can work well independently but also able be adapt to work with others when needed.
- Some experience with diagnostic machines.
- Interest in learning new skills.
- Perform mechanical repairs on motor vehicles, including MOT failures or repairs
- Maintain vehicle job records on a daily basis and report any broken, faulty or damaged equipment to the management team
- Carry out major and minor repairs/overhauls on vehicles and affected components, including engines, brakes, fuel systems, transmissions, steering, suspensions, drive lines and some electrical systems using a wide range of tools including specialist equipment
- To perform mechanical repairs, inspections, maintenance, diagnostics in a professional manner
