We do have available a double room from the 13th September with double bed, big wardrobe and desk.
The flat is big, bright, airy and clean, It is composed by two big bedrooms and a single bedroom, a big living room, with a sofa bed, a new bathroom (with a bathtub), two toilets and big nice full equipped kitchen and a private garden (including a shed, which is handy to keep your bike safe!).
There are washing machine, dryer and dishwasher as well.
There is a good parking spot outside for your car if needed!
We are 4 people living in the flat:
The flat has good transport links, it is only 0. 5 mile from Anerley station, 0. 7 mile from Birbeck station and 1 mile from Crystal palace.
Double room for double occupancy £700.00 per calendar, single occupancy £600 x month and month rent deposit.
