Featherbed Homecare is a well established Care Agency based in Keynsham.
We are looking for a part time, mature and enthusiastic, Care Coordinator/Consultant with excellent people skills to assist in the running of our Keynsham office.
An NVQ qualification or equivalent in Health and Social Care an advantage but experience and an understanding of caring for the elderly and vulnerable people is essential.
Must be flexible and available for any client assessment home visits, possibly outside of general working hours. Must be articulate, have good computer skills, a good telephone manner and be able to use own initiative. Working as part of a team, sometimes on own in the office. Own reliable transport essential.
Role includes, interviewing new carer applicants, visiting new clients, placing carers with clients, basic office skills, filing, databases and dealing with everyday inquiries and issues.
Hours and salary negotiable along with commission and overtime payable.
Open to either self-employed or employed status.
