Part time weekend kitchen assistant

We are a developing, busy café in the Leith area of Edinburgh and are looking for a part-time kitchen assistant to work approx 15 hours over the weekend mornings and afternoons (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)
We believe in sustainable, local and ethical sourcing where possible and promote this as the ethos of our café.
Duties will include food preparation, presentation, cleaning and generally supporting and being a part of a small team of staff.
Café experience and working in a similar environment is advantageous as is baking and food preparation skills
We seek someone who enjoys hospitality and service as we do even under the pressure of a busy service; maintaining focus is essential.

Wage will be dependent on experience.
