We are a couple male 35 female 30
We both work full time and are currently renting together. All our rent is paid up to date, and we can provide references.
We are looking to rent a house
Ideally would be within 10 miles of Cardiff city centre
We have a budget of up to 650 a month for rent.
We require parking for 1 car. Would prefer if there is a garden at the property aswell. We don't mind if the property is unfurnished or part furnished.
We do require something that has 2 bedrooms +
We are both non smokers and don't have any pets
