Location: Hertford and client sites within driving distance
Salary: £18-£25K (DOE) +Commissions + Expenditures (TBD)

My client is an Engineering, Science, Technical Employment & Recruitment
Business. They are offering first class training and development and a clear career path in the business which will be linked to your performance.

The Recruitment Consultant will be to provide critical sales and recruitment
support to the Company.

A background/experience in
• Essential: Sales
• Not Essential but Preferred: Sales Background, Real Estate, Work with Engineers and Technical Staff

Main Tasks and Responsibilities:
•Start a warm desk with the potential to bill immediately
•Conduct good quality recruitment activity
•Ensure both Client and Company targets are met and exceeded
•Identify key potential clients to develop new business
•Maintain excellent customer service to existing clients
•Liaising and interviewing suitable candidates, working closely with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment process to ensure a successful placement
