IMPORTANT EDIT: Just got told by my flatmates while organising this that the monthly fee is 310 and not 290 like I had assumed (I haven't moved in to the flat yet and haven't paid rent for it), bills are not included and they are usually 40 pounds. If any of the people that have been scheduled for a house viewing for tomorrow are no longer interested please let me know so I can schedule some of the people on the waiting list. I'm currently subletting my room in a 4 bedroom, two story house in Tytler Court during the months of September and October.
The property comprises of a very large living and dining space. It's located right next to Holyrood Park and it is only a 10 minute walk to The Pleasance, 15-20 mins to George Square and close to New Town.
The other flat mates are all very social and welcoming.
Utility bills usually add up to 40 pounds.
